Appointments may be scheduled by calling 612-991-4019.
All appointments are 50 minutes in length unless another time frame is agreed upon in advance.
Clients are required to provide 24 hour notice if they need to cancel or may be billed for the missed appointment.
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Client co-pays must be made at the time of the appointment. As a courtesy, I will file Blue Cross/Blue Shield claims on your behalf.
For all other clients, full payment is required at the time of the session and I will supply the paperwork to be sent to other insurance companies when out of plan benefits are available. Some clients use pre-tax health savings accounts to cover psychotherapy costs.
